it’s hours & episodes later but I’m still all a-tizzy about Sherlock/Irene oh my god. She’s gay and he’s… whatever so it isn’t sex-based except that she’s particularly sensually-driven and Sherlock finds it kind of fascinating despite himself and there’s a lot of shockingly genuine and non-kinky physical exploration on both their parts and they have ~adventures~ all over the globe and somehow Sherlock always manages to be home in time for tea or whatever. And there is pirating of the swashbuckling variety! And they brush each others’ curly brown haaaaiiiiirrrr and Sherlock gives Irene puzzles to figure out and Irene sneaks him cigarettes! AND STUFF.
Man I don’t even care, it doesn’t even conflict with Sherlock/John because this is like an alternate pocket universe that branches off and never quite intersects timeline-wise in my head.
